I couldn't stop myself from posting this video the moment I set eyes on it. Adorable Baby Micah ends up laughing every time his dad rips the paper in his hand. In reality, that piece of paper is a job rejection letter. So, come to think of it, metaphorically too Baby Micah reminds his dad that all will be fine.
